Google Regional Sales Manager, Central America and the Caribbean
This position can be located in either San Jose (Costa Rica), Panama City (Panama) or San Juan (Puerto Rico) and reports to Google’s Head of New Markets, based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The role: Regional Sales Manager, Central America and the Caribbean
As the Regional Sales Manager, you have a strong reputation within new media sales and demonstrate solid agency and direct client contacts locally. You are a team player, professional, and reliable. You are also a self-starter who is proactive in driving revenue, increasing the client base, and selling impeccably for Google. You can showcase specific work experiences where you have had to work in a rapidly changing industry, tolerate ambiguity and demonstrate leadership with limited oversight. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Responsibilities:
* Proactively prospect, qualify, grow, and maintain a territory account list.
* Pitch new business to advertising agencies and direct clients.
* Provide market and regional expertise to Google’s overall business strategy
in Central America and the Caribbean.
* Promote and participate in activities aimed at increasing Google brand
awareness and customer acquisition in the region.
* Embody the progressive, innovative values that represent Google
Requirements:
* BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record (MBA a plus)
* At least 8 years of sales experience with 2 years of management experience.
* Experience in a fast-paced technology start-up environment is preferred.
* Strong entrepreneurial spirit and instinct for revenue-generating activities.
* Work experience and keen understanding of the competitive landscape in
Central America and the Caribbean, with an established network of C-level
contacts in each major market.
* Fluency in English and Spanish. Outstanding presentation skills in both
languages.
2) GTA MARKETING AGENCY:
Ejecutivo de Ventas y Mercadeo(Medios Interactivo-Digital)
* Realizar las gestiones para contactar los prospectos clientes para la promoción y venta de los servicios de la empresa. (Vía telefónica, correo electrónico, visita directa, reuniones de negociaciones).
* Venta de los servicios de la empresa: medios interactivos,desarrollo de página web, desarrollo de comercio electrónico,publicidad en línea , fuera de línea y otros servicios.
* Acceder más prospectos para aumentar la clientela.
* Mercadeo de los servicios de la empresa.
* Trabajo de campo.
* Informar al cliente de las opciones de los servicios existentes en arte, páginas web, comercio electrónico y otras alternativas existentes.
* Proveer y presentar al cliente los estimados y costos de los servicios.
* Procesar los documentos relacionados a la cuenta.
* Realizar presentaciones a los presentes y nuevosclientes para venderlos servicios de la empresa.
* Desarrollar y mantener base de clientes.
* Cierra los contratos.
* Seguimiento a los clientes.
Requisitos Mínimos:
* Bachillerato en Administración de Empresas-
* Concentración en Mercadeo de una universidad reconocida.
* Poseerlicencia de conductor y carro.
* Estará alrededor de un 60% a 70% del tiempo en trabajo de campo.
